I grew up on a farm in Kaitaia, where I learnt the value of hard work long before I understood finance. Watching people work incredibly hard for everything they had shaped the way I see money today.

After completing a Master's in Finance and building my career in corporate finance in Auckland, I noticed something that kept coming up. Regardless of whether someone earned $40,000 or $400,000 a year, they were asking the same question:

"Is my KiwiSaver actually working for me?"

The problem wasn't that people didn't care about their financial future. It was that quality advice often felt complicated, expensive, or out of reach.

That's why I founded Kauri Wealth.

My mission is simple: to make independent KiwiSaver advice accessible to every New Zealander, free of charge. Since then, I've had more than 4,500 conversations with people across the country, helping them better understand their options and make informed decisions about their future.
